On each trip, we will participate in a 2 day School of Ministry Next Level education-leadership intensive, practical and hands on training for Bible school students, pastors and church ministries leaders. Good questions!!! Your deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellation after the second and final payment is nonrefundable but it is transferable. The airline will allow name change at an additional charge, after ticketing. If you are unable to go, you will be required to contact the airline and cancel your tickets. The tickets will be good for use one year from the date of purchase.
Yes, it will be deducted from your total amount due. If there is a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
Children are encouraged to participate in the summer trips with parents or chaperones. However, if children are going, both parents will need to travel with their children. If both parents are not traveling, the non-traveling parent needs to provide a supporting letter allowing the travel… parent must take along the children’s birth certificates.
