Retrieve, review, and purchase your photos at Shutters, our onboard photo store. During your cruise, stop into Shutters to arrange personalized portraits or to purchase cameras and accessories. One of the great things about a Carnival Cruise is that you can have a relaxing time on board and in port without having to do a lot of advance planning and preparation. Once on board, your stateroom, meals, and entertainment are included. Ahead of time, you may want to plan Port Adventures excursions or make a dining reservation at one of the speciality restaurants. But all you really need to do once you book your cruise is pack a bag (bring any essentials such as medication or baby food), complete your required documents and come aboard. The atmosphere is casual and the Crew Members will be ready to assist you. If you happen to forget something, one of the onboard shops is likely to have what you need.

Onboard Airline Check-In allows you to check your luggage and get the boarding passes for your flight home before you leave the ship. This convenient service is available for guests who purchase Carnival ground transportation. If you are eligible for Onboard Airline Check-In service, Carnival Cruise Line will provide you with boarding passes for your return flight, plus check and transport your luggage through to your airline. Remember to pack important documents, medications, and valuables in a carry-on bag. Ground Transportation can be purchased after you’ve received your Carnival booking number approximately 3-4 weeks prior to sailing.

Yes. For an additional fee, full-service laundry and dry-cleaning services will pick up and deliver right to your stateroom. Charges will be applied to your stateroom folio. You’ll also find 24-hour, self-service guest laundry facilities equipped with washers and dryers, along with detergent and complimentary ironing equipment. No coins are needed―pay using your Key to the World card. For safety reasons, the irons may be used only in the laundry room. Please note that personal irons are prohibited and cannot be brought aboard.

Carnival Cruise ships offer Cellular at Sea, an advanced onboard network that allows guests using most wireless providers to use their cell phones and tablets while at sea. Prices vary depending upon your cellular provider and usually include international roaming charges. These charges will be billed to you directly by your wireless carrier. We advise you to consult your carrier for information about their cruise/vacation rate plans. You may also use the ship’s public phones for ship-to-shore calling (charged per call) without using a wireless plan.

The crew members at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 3, Midship, will be happy to assist you 24 hours a day. Feel free to stop by or call the Guest Services Desk from your stateroom. For assistance with planning and booking excursions, please visit or call the Port Adventures Desk on Carnival Paradise at Deck 3.

Onboard shops carry everything from beautiful apparel and fine watches to hats and bathing suits―and exclusive Carnival Cruise Line logo merchandise not available on land. You’ll also find exclusive Carnival collectibles, fine art, and duty-free items for yourself and friends back home. And if you run out of toothpaste, sunscreen, or other sundries, you can resupply without leaving the ship.

Guests from the U.S. and Canada do not need to bring electrical converters, as all stateroom outlets are 110V/60Hz North American Standard, which is the same kind of outlet type used in your home. Other Guests need to bring a converter.

It is customary to give gratuities in recognition of exceptional service, which you’ll receive in abundance aboard the ship. Your registration costs does not already include the following customary gratuities for the exceptional service you will receive on the ship. If you wish to increase your gratuity amounts onboard, please stop by our Guest Services desk, located on Deck 3, Mid-ship, at any time during your sailing.

Through Connect@Sea, Carnival Cruise Line offers a variety of on-board Internet packages to suit your needs. Depending on how much you use your wireless devices, you can choose from a variety of plans.

Once you’ve boarded, access Carnival Cruise Line’s DCL-GUEST Wi-Fi network to learn about the different offerings and specific pricing for your cruise. You can switch your data plan on as many devices as you want. Your Wi-Fi plan will be charged to your stateroom folio.

Note that there is no cost for connecting to the ship’s Wi-Fi network when used only for the Carnival Cruise Line app.
